Kelly Clarke
Founder, Clinician
Kelly Clarke, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based, holistic perspective when treating her clients. She is passionate and knowledgeable about restoring the relationships between the three domains that are necessary to achieve and sustain wholeness: Mind, Body, and Spirit. In addition to traditional psychotherapy techniques, Kelly will teach clients how to interpret the linguistic cues of the body to help improve one’s quality of life and allow for deep healing. Kelly is thorough, and understands how chronic suppression of emotions, lack of healthy boundaries, grief, trauma, and/or stress can manifest as physical, emotional, cognitive, behavioral and spiritual issues when left unresolved.
Kelly’s expertise includes working with all ages across the lifespan. She has extensive training of over 10-years in the field, working with diverse populations in a variety of treatment settings. Kelly’s background in social work, enables her to draw from many different evidenced-based treatment modalities, such as CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed, Grief Work, Crisis Management, Mindfulness, and Substance Abuse, and tailor strategies based on her client’s individual presenting problem and needs. Kelly is also certified in Reiki and incorporates functional medicine concepts and Eastern and Western-based philosophies into her practices to enhance overall treatment and to help her clients reduce suffering, achieve personal goals, and improve their overall quality of life.
Together, Kelly will work collaboratively and supportively with her clients to help them navigate current stressors, make connections between factors that have led to current ailments or symptoms one is suffering from, as well as identify areas that continue to impose barriers to complete health and wellness.

The Mission
Our mission is to empower individuals on their path to healing and self-discovery by integrating Eastern and Western philosophies with evidence-based practices. We specialize in addressing the mind-body connection, recognizing how psychiatric symptoms can manifest physically through disease, inflammation, and somatic experiences.
Rooted in trauma-informed care, we provide a safe, inclusive space that honors each individual's unique cultural background and lived experience. Through mindfulness practices, breath-work, meditation, and body-centered therapies, we guide clients in nurturing emotional balance and spiritual alignment. By combining psycho-education, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and holistic wellness techniques, we foster resilience, inner strength, and lasting transformation — empowering clients to achieve true well-being in mind, body, and spirit.
We are dedicated to building community connections, promoting education, and inspiring collective healing through workshops, outreach, and advocacy.
